Need more signage to locate hotel, however facility was very nice, clean, and pleasant to stay. Kristin was very helpful and even printed us a map of the area which we appreciated! We will be back!
We live locally and booked a room for my 80th birthday and invited those of our family who live nearby to come and enjoy the pool. It was a small group of about a dozen. We had the one part of dining room with space for games and visiting and a longer table for food. It turned out wonderfully !! The staff is awesome. We felt very welcomed. Thank you !!
I am an over the road truck driver. When I have to stay over at our South Bend Terminal I always come to this hotel. The front desk help is always polite and very nice. Glenn over in the kitchen area has everything super clean and he is always working hard. He is so polite and the food is always hot and tastes great! The service here is why I always come back and also the rooms are always very clean. Thank you so much!!
We just left Holiday Inn in Elkhart. We came for a long weekend with our hockey team. The staff were exceptional! Rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing! It was probably the best hockey hotel weekend we have had in a long time!
We look forward to staying at this Holiday Inn Express again. The room, King Suite (Extra floor space), was spacious, comfortable and clean. We love the mattresses at IHG HIE's. We sleep very well. The fitness center at this location has plenty of cardio and a good assortment of dumbbells. The breakfast was hot, well supplied and filled the need for breakfast food. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
